Each of our house types come with a range of Optional Extras for those looking for a more bespoke finish to their home. Each of our Optional Extras can be yours for a little bit more, helping you to express your individual style throughout your home.

Optional Extras - Terms & Conditions
This list is intended to inform you of the choice of extras that are available to you. As a general rule the price of items will increase and fewer choices will be available to you as the house progresses. If you wish to select any of these options you will be given an individual quote based on the stage of construction of your house. Obviously therefore it is in your interest to request any extras as early as possible.
Should you require any of the extras from the list above, please contact our sales team and a quotation will be sent out to you as soon as possible.
A deposit of 50% of the value of the extras will be requested in the quotation.
We ask that you inform us of all optional extras you require in one request if possible.
Any further optional extra requests will incur an additional administration fee of £100.
Any requests that require a Non-Material Amendment to be submitted to the Local Authority for approval will incur an additional administration fee of £350.00
Any requests that require an Amendment to Building Warrant to be submitted to the Local Authority for approval will incur an additional administration fee of £250.00
